1 Definitions and Applicability

The following terms are used with the meanings given below in this terms and conditions document:

• "Platform" — The 444ak website (444ak.cam) and all its associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created or is attempting to create an account on 444ak.
• "Services" — Casino games, sports betting, live games and other entertainment activities.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

444ak services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Each member must confirm at the time of registration that they are not under 21 years of age.

• This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• If age verification is required, a national identity card or passport must be submitted.
• The account of anyone who provides false age information will be closed immediately.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on 444ak: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may occasionally be required due to verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal via the same method used for the deposit may be required.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds cannot be made until the wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Eligibility conditions must be met to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before you can make a withdrawal.

5.3 Other Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion has its own terms which are announced separately.
• A bonus applies only once per account.
• If an attempt is made to misuse a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 444ak reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
• Two bonuses cannot be combined unless separately permitted.

5.4 VIP Program

444ak has three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Users can be promoted to a higher tier based on their activity and contribution on the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets on 444ak are governed by the rules set by the platform. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of server errors, disconnections or other technical issues, 444ak will review the situation with the utmost care. If a game is interrupted before completion, the applicable game provider's rules will be followed.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

Results determined by the game software are considered final. 444ak reserves the right to make corrections in the case of bets placed on the basis of display errors or incorrect information.

6.4 Setting Limits

444ak may set betting limits, withdrawal limits or session time limits for any member, in particular to ensure responsible gaming.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Attempting to manipulate the gaming system fraudulently.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

9 Account Closure and Suspension Policy

9.1 Closure at User Request

Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. In this case, the opportunity to withdraw available funds will be provided.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by 444ak

An account may be suspended or closed by 444ak for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for 12 months or more. A maintenance fee may apply to such accounts.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss due to internet connection problems or faults with the user's device.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Games being interrupted due to unexpected technical disruptions.
• Account access resulting from sharing login credentials with others.
